SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹60 (or “Free Shipping” if applicable)
Express Shipping: Depends on delivery time and availability of stock (if available)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues, public holidays).
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within India.
International shipping is available at this time. If available, international shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the courier for resolution.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All types of Payments modes available as per your convenience e.g. Debit Card/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, COD .
If available, COD orders may take slightly longer to process.
