1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our website, selecting your favorite products, choosing the size, and clicking “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details to complete the purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use it to check your delivery status in real-time.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us. Once it’s processed or shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or replacements only in cases of wrong, defective, or damaged products. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video or clear photos. We’ll review and process a replacement or refund if eligible.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We’ll update our policies once international shipping becomes available.

9. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available in selected pin codes. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available in your area.
