Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags must be attached and original packaging included
  • Return requests must be raised via email with your order number and reason for return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. Sundays are non-working for return/exchange-related queries.


Refunds

Once we receive your return at our warehouse and it passes quality check, we will notify you within 2 days about your refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your UPI ID, or the refund will be credited to your Outfit Corner Wallet.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.


Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., size change), follow the return process above. Once we receive your return and it passes quality check, your new item will be shipped within 2–3 days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping

  • If your area is not serviceable by our return courier, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
  • For serviceable locations, our team will initiate a return pickup within 5 days of your request.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately at:

Please include your order number, product details, and photos of the damage. We’ll resolve it promptly and arrange a reshipment within 3 days.
