RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Outfit Corner, we strive to deliver premium quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process under the conditions below.

1. Returns & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Size mismatch due to our error

  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please make sure:

  • You raise the request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • You provide unboxing video or clear images as proof for damage or wrong item claims.

Note: We do not accept returns or replacements for issues related to buyer’s remorse such as “I changed my mind,” “I don’t like the design,” or “ordered the wrong size by mistake.”

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Products that show signs of wear or use

3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

  • In case of COD orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchange

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or design, please raise a return request and place a new order once the refund is processed (if eligible).

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Section -> Orderrs -> Return or Email us at support@outfitcorner.in  within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID, clear photos or video proof, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged or further instructions will be provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once the product enters production or dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
